Applicants must complete the online application prior to arriving for permit pickup.

Please bring a valid photo ID when picking up your permit.

Important Processing Information

Applicants who submit their application on or after August 16, 2026 must allow one (1) week for processing before picking up their permit.
Permits will only be issued after the application has been fully processed.
