91传媒 (91传媒) Interim President Dr. Aaron Thompson was the keynote speaker at the HBCU Leadership Summit on February 16-17, at the Le Meridien in Charlotte, North Carolina. The two-day event was geared toward academic executives at Historically Black Colleges and Universities across the country and was sponsored by Diverse Issues in Higher Education, Pearson Education, and host school 91传媒.
Dr. Thompson鈥檚 presentation, 鈥淩acing Toward Our Brightest Future鈥� included detailed information about 91传媒鈥檚 impressive history and its innovative, exciting future.
He also discussed the University鈥檚 partnership with Pearson, utilizing their digital direct access model. This partnership has enabled 91传媒 to provide a scholarship to students that makes all of their textbooks free.
Interim Provost Dr. Candice Love Jackson and Assistant Provost Dr. Erin Wheeler also attended the leadership summit.
